At home, I am a wife and mother of four children, and every day I strive to be a pillar of love, support, and dedication for my family. In my quiet moments, I find peace and expression in painting, a reflection of my soul. Throughout my life, I've had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and professional experiences as a conference speaker at both national and international symposiums, as well as participating in interviews on social media, in magazines, on the radio, and on television. These spaces have given me the opportunity to connect with others, but also to put into practice the values that guide me: honesty, respect, and empathy towards others. I always do so with a deep sense of responsibility and hope, inspired by spiritual and moral principles that teach me to treat others with dignity and to work for a more just and compassionate world for all.

EMDR
International Certification
EMDR psychotherapy model specializing in desensitization and reprocessing of simple trauma, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
24-hour Perinatal Therapy
It consists of providing psychological assistance during childbirth, with the aim of dissociating pain and stress and facilitating the process, significantly reducing psycho-physiological trauma.
NLP
I am a Master Practitioner and Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a discipline that allows you to transform thought patterns and habits to achieve success. It uses techniques that impact perception, behavior, and communication, based on how the brain processes language and establishes neural connections.
Emotional Intelligence
Development of emotional intelligence through courses and conferences on positive psychoeducation in childhood, adolescence, and adulthood.
Hypnotherapy
It focuses on amplifying the patient's state of consciousness to relieve pain, reduce stress, and generally promote positive emotional change.
